What to bring

A simple checklist so you arrive ready and feel confident in the water.

  • Tow float (mandatory for all swims)
  • Light for evening/low-light swims (required when it’s dark)
  • Swim hat + goggles
  • Towel and a warm layer for afterwards
  • Warm drink / snacks (or treat yourself at the café after)

Open Water Swimming sessions (Winter timetable)

Winter timetable: we’re currently running a winter schedule for experienced swimmers aged 18+. In cold water conditions (below 12°C), confidence and cold-water experience are required.

Winter timetable (current):

  • Tuesday: 6–7pm
  • Wednesday: 2–3pm & 6–7pm
  • Thursday: 6–7pm
  • Friday: 7:30–8:30am
  • Saturday: 10–11am
  • Sunday: 10–11am
  • Safety: every session is supervised by qualified lifeguards.
  • Tow floats: mandatory for all swimmers.
  • Evening swims: lights required when it’s dark / low light.
  • After-swim: fire pit & cosy social area, plus hot drinks & cakes after every session.
  • Passes: Buy a pass of 10 swims & save £10.

Special Swims (Moon swims & clothing optional swims)

Special swims are event-style sessions — a fun twist on your usual swim. Exact timings and any extra requirements are shown in the booking description.
