Aqua Park FAQs
Swim Ability⌄
All participants must be able to swim 25 metres unaided while wearing a buoyancy aid for safety reasons.
If you’re unsure about swim ability, please contact us before booking.
Arriving for Your Session⌄
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your session to allow time for check-in, changing, and the safety briefing.
Please note: Lakeside Adventures is based on a working farm — access is restricted to designated visitor areas only.
Do I need to complete a waiver?⌄
Yes — each participant must complete a waiver before arriving.
Signal can be limited on site, so we strongly recommend completing it in advance.
What should I bring?⌄
Swimwear
Towel or dry robe
Aqua Grip Socks (optional but advisable as the equipment is slippery) — available to buy from reception.
Wetsuit (optional but advisable on cooler days) — available to hire from reception.
A combination padlock for lockers.
Aqua Park Season Pass⌄
Unlimited access: valid for one visit per open day during the Aqua Park season.
Sessions must be pre-booked , subject to availability, and passes are non-transferable .

Group Bookings & Parties⌄
Minimum group size is 8 participants for group benefits (including free wetsuit hire where applicable).
Discounts: 5% off (10+) and 10% off (15+), applied automatically at checkout (where offered).

Private hire options may be available — contact us for details.
Facilities (Changing, Toilets, Café & Parking)⌄
Toilets and designated changing areas are available.
On-site café serving drinks, food, snacks, cakes and ice creams.
Free parking is available — please follow the parking signs.
Property is left at your own risk & Lakeside Adventures accept no liability for any damages whilst on the premises.
Lockers⌄
Free small lockers are available.
Bring your own combination padlock or they are available to buy from reception.
Refunds & Changes⌄
More than 14 days before: change/cancel for a full refund via “Manage Booking” in your confirmation email.
7–14 days before: change date/attendees (no extra cost), but no refunds.
Within 7 days : no changes or refunds.
Help with changes: Enquiries@LakesideAdventures.co.uk (include lead name + booking reference).
Bad Weather⌄
Rain: sessions will go ahead.
Lightning: if there’s lightning, sessions will pause until it’s safe to continue.
High winds: if it’s too windy to run safely, we’ll contact you beforehand to rearrange.
Water Quality⌄
We regularly test our water throughout the season.
Water quality is consistently graded as Excellent .
Dogs & Assistance Dogs⌄
Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads (not in the lake).
Please ensure you clean up after your dog and use the bins provided.

You can launch your own paddleboard, or hire a SUP from us .

Tickets are available individually or as a block of 10 .
Passes are valid for 3 months .
Passes are non-transferable and subject to availability.
