Spectators are free and more than welcome to come and chill out by our lake at one of the many benches, hot & cold drinks are available as are snacks & ice creams.
Ages 8-12
- Ages 8-9: Must have a guardian on the equipment (1 adult per 3 children).
- Ages 10-12: Can go solo, but a guardian must be on site. You can join in the fun or relax with a coffee and watch!
- Note: All participants (both children and adults) must book and pay for their tickets.
Ages 10-16
- These sessions are exclusively for kids aged 10-16.
- Parents, this is your time to relax! Grab a coffee and enjoy watching them bounce and climb around.
Open Age Sessions
- Open to anyone aged 8 and up!
- Ages 8-9: Must be accompanied by a guardian (1 adult per 3 children).
- Ages 10+: Can go solo, but a guardian must be on site. You can join in the fun or relax with a coffee and watch!
- Note: All participants (both children and adults) must book and pay for their tickets.
Age 16+
- These sessions are only for those aged 16 and over.
- If you are 21 and would still like to bring your mum to participate (we still do) then more the merrier!
FAQ’s
Arriving for Your Session
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your session to check in and get ready for your briefing.
- Please ensure that waivers are completed prior to arrival.
- If you miss your safety briefing, we’ll do our best to provide another, but you might miss part or all of your session. No refunds, sorry!
- Westsuit hire and aqua shoes are available to get on the day.
- This is still a working farm, please do not venture from the designated areas of the site & if a gate is closed it is not for you to go through!
Facilities on Site
- We don’t have showers yet, but we do have toilets, changing areas, and handwashing facilities as well as snacks/drinks/ice creams and on busy days we will also have pizzas & toasties for sale.
- Please use the hand sanitizing stations on site, especially before eating and drinking.
- We have an abundance of free parking. Please note that we accept no responsibility for loss or damage to any property whilst on the site.
Food and Drinks
- We’ve got a great selection of hot and cold drinks, slushies, ice creams, and snacks for you!
- “Trailer Bites” are on site on busy days providing yummy pizzas & toasties! If you are coming down ensure you don’t miss out by pre-ordering. Click here to get in touch with Karen & the team.
- No alcohol allowed before your session. If we suspect you’ve had a drink, we’ll have to refuse entry with no refund.
- Feel free to bring your own food and drinks – No alcohol is to be consumed on site.
- Please help keep our site clean and put all rubbish in the many bins provided.
What to Bring
- Swimming costume/trunks. Sorry, No mankinis allowed.
- Towel or dry robe
- Soft-soled water shoes (available for sale) or go barefoot (though it might be a bit slippery). Hard-soled water shoes/beach shoes aren’t allowed on the equipment.
- A combination padlock for the free lockers (available to purchase on site)
- Buoyancy aid hire is included in the ticket price and is compulsory.
- Wetsuits are available to rent if you want, or you can bring your own. Wetsuits aren’t compulsory but on colder days are advisable.
What Not to Bring
- Please remove all jewellery before your session. Cover new piercings.
- Beach shoes are not permitted on the equipment.
- Remove glasses.
- Goggles are only allowed to be worn at the discretion of management, please contact us before your session commences.
- No BBQs allowed on site.
- Padlocks with keys as keys cannot be taken onto the inflatable equipment.
Lockers
- We have free lockers available. Just bring your own combination padlock. We accept no responsibility for possessions left in lockers or anywhere on the site.
- Combination padlocks are available for purchase if needed.
- Please do not bring padlocks with keys as you cannot take the keys onto the inflatables.
Cameras
- Waterproof cameras must be secured on a chest harness. We’re not responsible for lost devices. Use at your own risk.
- Don’t forget to tag us in your videos!
Photography
- We’ll be taking pictures and videos. If you don’t want your image used by us, please let us know when booking. Other visitors may publish your image though on their social media and we accept no responsibility for this as it is a public event.
Refunds
- Up to 14 days prior to your booking, you can change or cancel your booking for a full refund.
- Up to 7 days before your booking, you can change the date or attendees for free. No refunds available though.
- Within 7 days of your booking, no changes can be made and no refunds available.
- To change your booking, email Enquiries@LakesideAdventures.co.uk with your lead contact details and booking reference number.
Bad Weather
- Rain: Sessions will still run. It’s always fun in the rain and you’ll get wet anyway!
- Lightning: On this off chance that this occurs, we will pause the sessions and wait for it to pass. Later sessions may well then be delayed.
- High Winds: If it’s too windy, we’ll contact you to rearrange prior to your session.
Water Quality
- Our water is tested regularly throughout the season to ensure it’s safe and its graded as excellent.
Dogs & Assistance Dogs
- Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be on a lead at all times. They are not permitted go in the lake.
- Please do not leave dogs unattended in vehicles.
- Please clean up after your dogs, there is a designated dog poo bin located near the toilets, please do not put dog waste in the general bins.
